Staging Consultation is a meeting between a certified staging consultant expert and a homeowner.

The staging expert comes in to walk room-to-room with the homeowner, providing recommendations for how the homeowner can best stage their property to sell using the furniture and accessories they already own.

During the visit, the expert takes notes and pictures to provide a detailed report with all the recommendations, an action list and different options for moving forward with staging services according to the homeowners’ needs and budget.

The Staging Consultation should take up to 2 hours and it is a great option for sellers who would like to take on the staging project themselves based on the staging report they will receive.
