First step is to schedule a free staging walkthrough to receive a staging estimate that is valid for 15 days. Once the estimate is approved, the initial investment is requested, and it includes the house staged for 45 days. Rental is available after that period for an extra fee. A 20% deposit is required to save the date and the remaining 80% is due 48 hours prior staging day. A staging agreement will be signed on the same day the deposit is made, and the countdown starts until staging day.
