Hi there! I'm Carina Contarini, the founder and owner of Just Right Staging & Design. I am a Certified Staging Desing Professional, a real estate broker in Washington state, proud mom of two amazing girls and a happy wife.
Originally from Brazil, I grew up in Rio de Janeiro and lived for almost 6 years in Sao Paulo. I moved to the U.S. in 2015 and lived in New York City and New Jersey before moving to Washington State. I currently live in Lake Stevens with my two beautiful daughters, Julia (15) and Carolina (19), my husband and husband’s son Jordan (12).
Back in Brazil, I received a Bachelor’s of Education and built an extensive professional development and college education in pedagogy, special education and educational administration. In the United States, I dedicated 5 years to teaching and coaching teachers before I decided it was time for a change. After being in the Educational field for over 20 years, I got a Real Estate license in Washington State and started a new career.
With my first listing, I staged my client’s house with all my personal furniture and accessories (Yes… my house was basically empty for almost 3 months!!). During my open houses, I received a lot of compliments about the staging and had people asking for the stager contact information. In 6 days, we received 15 offers and my clients net $90k over asking price. After that experience, I slowly started building my staging business.
My next step was to become a Certified Staging Design Professional. Got my certification through Staging Studio and finally made it official: Just Right Staging & Design LLC was up and running. Since then, I have been focused on growing my business and helping sellers to get top dollar for their houses. I am also a member of RESA – Real Estate Staging Association and will keep learning to better serve my clients.
JRS&D is a home staging company that serves King, Snohomish & Skagit Counties in Washington state. Our goal is to keep promoting and supporting local business, investing in coaching agents/ clients about how staging adds value when selling a house and help sellers get the highest possible return on their investment.
